Help/Support Upgrading to iOS 9 via OTA Stuck on Searching for update

So I Want to update to iOS 9 (yeah I know no jb yet) but whenever I go to settings it sits there saying searching for update forever. Any help?

If you're Jailbroken, you would need to upgrade to iOS 9 using iTunes.

restart your phone, or else connect it to your laptop, and do it through Itunes.

your going to have to use itunes to update to ios 9 apple block ota updates from jb devices

If you are jailbroken Saurik has blocked updating via OTA due to people thinking it just "upgrades" there jailbreak, which actually makes you lose it. it will just hault on searching.
