Same for me. Installing works. but if i want to play any content i get the messages "Error: Please upgrade your account to access this content." or "You don't have access to this content. Please contact Piano Marvel Support for more info."

Check the store app version VS the cheat version. You will know the reason why it don't work.

I guess you mean that the store version with 2.7.2 is much newer than the cheat version 1.8.8 and thus it doesn't work?
