Help/Support I have some problem with Vip Donate

i'm have made an order for a few day ago with order id 

Order #536423
the problem is that i have paid money by method credit card and in my card balance it had been paid in history of transaction but why i don't have vip 
at the first day and the next day after it said need manual approvement so i still wait but now when i checked again i see that the order status has  changed to expired ( i don't have vip and i still paid ?? no refund can you solve this problem or check problem for me please)

Hello,

All your recent transactions have either failed or have been refused. In both cases they have also been refunded.

You should note that refunds can take a few days for them to be processed by your bank.
