Could not find my invoice

Purchased iosgods app+, I had it before but forgot to renew it. Long story short I purchased it again and now after 21 or 22 days of waiting with no link to download the iosgods+ app. I was reading about the revoke fix so I decided to fill it out but after several attempts it keeps telling me my invoice number is invalid.

I have the proof of purchase in my gmail if needed.
