Help/Support Downgrade help

[Kyle0607 18 iPad Air 9.3.3]

So I upgraded to iOS 9 from my jail broken iOS 8.4 version and obviously I'm regretting it.. Is there any possible way I can downgrade to iOS 8.4 even though Apple have stopped signing it? To my knowledge iOS 8.4.1 is still signed so I could downgrade to that but I wouldn't be able to jailbreak it so it would be null and void.

Any help would be much appreciated!

I am using an iPad Air WIFI and Cellular.

You can't downgrade to ios 8.4 because apple isn't signing anymore that iOS , You can downgrade it to iOS 8.4.1

Any idea if I could jailbreak iOS 8.4.1 using a Mac or Windows PC? Also any idea when the iOS 9 Jailbreak will come out?

Their isn't jailbreak for iOS 8.4.1 , Pangu make a Jailbreak for iOS 8.4.1 but they didn't release it yet and i don't know about iOS 9 Jailbreak , maybe after few weeks or months iOS 9 Jailbreak will release
