Any one help me I'm n iOS 9.0 with latest version of iTunes 12.3 I can't transfer my apps to iTunes

By using Thai Device -Transfer purchased from .....

It's says waiting for sync but I can't copy from my iPhone to iTunes

I backup using iCloud and using this computer same

Any one have this issue

Yes I try same

You can try reinstalling iTunes?

I did it this step but same

In my iPad iOS 8.4 work perfect but iOS 9.0 not sync

Any have tested iOS 9.0 transfer apps from iPhone to iTunes

Yes I try same

I did it this step but same

In my iPad iOS 8.4 work perfect but iOS 9.0 not syncAny have tested iOS 9.0 transfer apps from iPhone to iTunes

iOS 9 caused this or the iTunes update?
