Help/Support My support requests keep getting deleted by moderators

[Chweetwei 2 iPad Pro (5th gen) 15.5]

This is the fifth time I have made a support ticket but every single time it is not approved by the moderators. Please provide me an explanation because I paid money for this yet am receiving 0 support when faced with issues. 
 

my downloaded apps crash after 5 seconds of opening them. I have tried changing regions and disable iCloud folder but the issue still persists

What is your iOS version and which apps are crashing exactly?

So far every app I’ve tried that requires me to login to iOS gods has crashed. Apps such as Survivor.io and age of aveon 

Apps that haven’t crashed are apps like tap Titans 2 which does not require me to login to iOS gods upon opening the app

Can you login to iOSGods.com in Safari then reopen the apps to see if it helps?

I am able to login to iOS gods and get the iOS gods mini icon but it crashes after that

Do you have a video on your issue?

There have been no changes to how the apps work, and nobody else has reported this issue so far.
