I would if I knew how! Nothing comes up under "Installed" in Cydia.

Yes, without the need of staying unjailbroken when updating via iTunes or OTA.

dpkg -r com.ianouar3g.hackgame

Go to /var/lib/dpkg/info

 

And remove the com.ianouar.hackgame* files from there.
