Help/Support Search option keeps loading

The search option on app+ doesn’t work any more on the new update. It just keeps loading. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app+ but still it doesn’t work. How do I fix it? Thank you.

Hello,

Usually when it's stuck on loading, that means there are no results available for your search term.

If it's loading on every term, then that may be a bug. We'll investigate.

I figured it out. It works when I’m searching only one word. Can’t search two words. Thanks for the help.

For example if I want to search for the game angry birds, typing “angry birds” brings out nothing but if I search “angry” or “birds” it will come up.
