Used to happen to me and i would have to uninstall and reinstall it a bunch of times.  I cant remember I updated my phone and it was fine or it eventually just worked itself out.

Bro I know an easy solution, if you close the game entirely when you re-open it , it will always show a black screen . Just close your Wify internet connection before opening the app and then there will be no black screen. The next step is to just re-open your wifi connection and the game will function properly 🙌
