If the pp.dat file goes to the Documents folder, then you can use Sideloadly to sideload a Decrypted PvZ2 and tick the option to "Enable UIFilesharing" in Sideloadly. That will give you access to the Documents folder of PvZ2 so you can place your pp.dat file via the iOS Files app.
