Help/Support "Anisette failed: Anisette error: Timed out"

Hello,

I'm using Sideloadly to try to install an app on a Mac. Every time I hit start I get this same error:

Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong or how to fix the problem? Thanks!

Can you please make sure the Sideloadly Mail Plugin is enabled on your Mail app?

Hello, same problem. I enabled but MacOS said incompatible plugins with mail 16.0 and auto disabled plugin.

Please delete this folder: /Library/Mail/Bundles/SideloadlyPlugin.mailbundle

And re-open Sideloadly to set up anisette again.

Rebooting your MacBook seems to help too.

after you enable the plugin, it still says that it is disabled

For now use Remote anisette authentication in Advanced options will works.

Local Anisette init fail: Sideloadly's Local Anisette Mail Plug-in was installed but seemingly not enabled. Please open Mail application's settings, press 'Manage Plug-Ins' button, enable Sideloadly Plug-in, and press Restart Mail.
