Help/Support Sideloadly Mail Plugin Incompatible With Mail 16.0 Error

Hello there,

I’m having a problem with the Sideloadly Mail Plugin right now. Today, when i tried to use Sideloadly on my M2 Macbook Pro (MacOs Monterey) after waiting a week for my Apple ID to refresh, I got an error saying that the Sideloadly Mail Plugin was incompatible and that I should contact the maker of the plugin to get versions that are compatible with Mail 16.0.

I’ve tried to reinstall Sideloadly multiple times and it still hasn’t worked, what should I do?

Hello,

Please delete this folder: /Library/Mail/Bundles/SideloadlyPlugin.mailbundle

And re-open Sideloadly to set up anisette again.

Please update Sideloadly to the latest version and try again. This issue has been resolved.

I don't have the plugin and I have the same issue. How do you get the mail plugin ? I tried to uninstall and reinstall Sideloadly many times but it never installs the mail plugin (it does not show in the plugins list of mail settings)

problem persists

deleted this folder: /Library/Mail/Bundles/SideloadlyPlugin.mailbundle

installed sideloadly 0.26.6

installed anisette 

but have the same message : Contact the makers of these plugins for versions that are compatible with Mail 12.4.

i'm getting same issue on my Mac Mini M1 running macOS 12.5. Using sideloadly 0.26.6. Deleting folder didn't help

soo im having the same problem as everyone else... except that file doesnt even exsist in my library>mail file?
