People say this error is caused by multiple backups in iTunes

or highlighting multiple files in backup then pressing restore after

Just got a reply from them, and it seems that it's a hardware issue, my only tip is make sure nothing is blocking your phone from the pc, still isn't working for me although nothing is blocking the two.

Try a different USB port and disconnect any other USB devices.

This might be it. I've actually tried to restore 2 folders at once using ibackupbot. I'm not sure how to do it individually, though, since both folders should be there before the system restarts. Still no response from support team.
