Do you have to have/purchase an Apple Developer account just to use Sideloadly?

(I have iPhone 13 Pro Max with iOS 15.5, thus not jailbroken. I primarily want to download PdaNet.)

Hello,

No, it is not necessary but you do get a few perks in doing so.

However, right now paid Apple IDs are broken with Sideloadly.
