(iphone 6s v15.3.1 non jailbroken)

i went to download the newest update for twitch tool box and it said i nedded vip so i was throughly confunsused but didnt think to much about it but when i went to go download anyother app or game they all say i need vip anybody know whats causing this?

I’m getting the same thing. I tried logging out and back in again. Funny thing is I actually have VIP. And it still doesn't work.

Same happening to me, VIP active and not able to download anything.
