Help/Support Family guy The Quest For Stuff coins & clams hack

So I’ve just recently downloaded family guy hacked from iOSGods App+ and I’ve in the description it states that there is a Coins and Clam hack, but when I click on the link it takes me to a website and the instructions are unclear or I’m just stupid. Please help and tell me how to do it for a none jailbroken phone.

Do i have to pay for some iosgods VIP? I click on the clams and it sends me to enter my name and password to purchase i hit cancel the game closes out i reopen family guy it says congrats but i only get one coin. I just want to make sure im doing things correctly please halp thanks.
