Hey there, I purchased the 30 day VIP pro but I haven't gotten the email, and I know the FAQ says it can take up to 24hrs and to check the spam folder. I checked the spam folder, and I've waited the 24 (48 actually) hours. Any way to send me that email? Thank you

To clarify, you mention you purchased ViP, and not App+. They are separate subscriptions. If you did purchase App+, activations are slightly delayed due to a recent revoke wave that hit which we're working on solving.
