Help/Support FF7 : Stuck in Underwater Reactor mission...

Hi,

The game is porbably glitched on my devices... I think I need a saved game just after the red submarine mini-game is finished.

In my game, I get to the final battle before entering the bridge (save point just in front the bridge). When I enter, there is no dialogue at all. There is suppopsed to be dialogues leading to having a choice between battle and taking the Shinra soldiers hostage. In my game, I enter the bridge, nothing happens. If I talk to the soldiers, theythank me for taking them hostage ?!?

So there is definetely a bug here. If I do the mini-game, whether I win or lose, I get back inside the sub and everyone is gone. I can repeat the mini-game, nothing changes... I can't even leave the submarine. So I am really stuck there.

Anyone had this same bug ? Is it because I installed the cheat code frome here ? If someone happens to have a save game they could share, I'd really appreciate it !

Hello,

Can you go into Safe Mode and see if this bug happens there also?

I'll try that. But I doubt it will have an effect because it's happening on my iPhone and 2 iPad.

Just tried. Did not work.

Hi, I wrote to the developpers as suggested. Here is their answer :

Thank you for contacting SQUARE ENIX support,

You may want to try to revert to a previous save file and see if the same thing will happen. Doing this will identify whether the problem lies on the end of the game itself or perhaps the save file. If the problem still persists, we apologize and we suggest you try alternative methods of accomplishing your goal.

If you are finding yourself stuck in the geometry of the game, meaning you cannot move regardless of what you try to do (usually because it's saved that way). There is nothing we're able to do for you, this will require you starting another save file or reverting to another save point. If the game is damaged or you feel this is a manufacturer defect (something that replacing disc would resolve) please feel free to reply to this ticket.

... There is nothing they can do ?? This is bull**** !

Please.... anyone.... a saved game point just after the mission would be nice !
