Help/Support iPad Air don't open specific game

Hi, i have recently acquired one iPad Air 1st gen.
IOS 12.5.5 
Every game i tried runs smoothly, (tried: Phigros, BanGdream, Black Desert Mobile, others gacha game)
but there's one specific that i want to play but do not load the main menu, the game is Project Sekai Colourful stage, every time it open the screen "tap to continue" the crashes, before crash it loads for 2 seconds and the sound get robotic and crashes. I didnot tested the game in another iPad of the same model as mine and i don't know anyone that have one to test or me.
i can't afford a new iPad, what can i do to play the game?

Are you Jailbroken while playing this?

Perhaps try it while not jailbroken.

No, the iPad it is not jailbroken, first i was trying to see if the game would run before jb.

The English version works for me however I have an iPad Air 2 my bad I thought it was a 1st gen
