Help/Support Free shop not working hogwarts mystery ViP hack

[sanrioblue 1 iPhone 11 Pro Max 15.4]

Downloaded the ViP hogwarts mystery hack and everything seems to be working except for the free store purchases. When I try to buy something and press cancel on the credentials prompt, the game just freezes at the loading screen. The purchases don't show up after I close the app and open it up again.

 

edit: the in-game shop that uses game currency is not free. It consumes game currency.

Free shop is different from free inapp purchases. You can only buy items which don’t cost real money.

i just wasted a lot of my notebooks (in game currency) on store items thinking that they were free

Are there any updates on this? The customization shop (the one that sells clothes, pets, furniture, etc., for coins/gems/notebooks) consumes in-game currency for me as well.
