I made an account just to say i have same problem for days and to thank whoever mentioned altstore here - this app was a godsend it worked perfectly when i slowly started to lose hope.
Seeing this issue has been around for months and no solution worked for me i'll just give up on using sideloadly all together it doesn't seem like devs cares to fix it.

ahhh i fixed it you need to have icloud in ur computer from Set up and use iCloud for Windows - Apple Support not microsoft store version

This app is useless. Tried on different systems. Tried PC and MAC. Tried iPad and iPhone. Always sign in error. Tried all the steps others recommended, same error.

Maybe they should go back on fixing this project and making it into an actual working app? Annoying.

I got the same problem, but I turn on 2FA on my Apple ID account, then it didn't fail and work.

I found a problem that you cant turn off 2fa if your ipad or iphone OS is above 13.4 and if your macOS is above 10.15

the problem is generated because they did not start section in Itunes and icloud with the account that they enter in sideloadly, try entering these first
