also i‘ve been in contact with the people from nix hydra today and apparently the account that has been flagged as modded and has hence been frozen/banned is your Playfab account but I still have no clue what exactly that is, how you get one and to what it is linked to identify the player or if it‘s possible to get a new one to continue to play. Also according to older reports and posts they aren’t really big on unfreezing accounts and i have yet to find a way to bypass the ban (using a different apple ID did not work)

I seriously wouldn’t, they’re banning accounts since they know how many stars people have, I seriously can’t play the game on my current phone anymore because of it.

So I managed to get the app back on my current phone, unfortunately it involves completely resetting your phone so the frozen account gets unlinked from the app. I couldn’t think of another way.

Oh rip, thanks for the update tho! So far i couldn’t find a different way and honestly had given up - i even emailed the company a ton to figure out what identified your account (since i hadn’t linked any third party account) to see if you could change it in a way but they didn’t give me any useful info. Tho i got a new phone yesterday and now i can play the game again so yea idk how it works 🤷🏼‍♂️
