Help/Support looking for a itunes account (china region)

I was wondering if anyone has a china account for itunes region? I am trying to get this specific app from the app store and it needs updates as well so please do help me out and others as well for those are looking to get a chinese account region.

note: i already tried VPN and had a friend who went to asia during the vacation to create an account but it didn't work, so i guess i'll ask here. hopefully someone will be able to help me out with this cause T________T

actually i havent violated any of those rules. i wasn't begging for an account, i was requesting. and the accounts i'd assumed would be already shared if provided so.. yeah also i've noted that i tried making an account before and also had a friend in asia to attempt to make a chinese account but all failed. the primary reason was apple updated their itunes settings so it's more strict on a valid home address through verification. please do let me know if i've violated anything though. im prepared to defend myself

You're asking for ViP content for free which is not allowed as mentioned in the rules. That can get you and the person who shares it in trouble.

And that's the way I was able to make a Chinese account. You can too.

ok wait so what if someone was able to provide me an account but is not from that vip content thread? is that the same principle as a violation? please tell me that wouldnt be the same case lol but yeah from the previous post you provided i guess im going to try to make an account again.

No, if it's not inside the ViP of iOSGods then it's good.

Google for some names and phone numbers. You can also use Google Maps for the address.
