I have an issue with (beta.unlimitedapps.com) repo

I was remove it because i update some apps(youtube,instagram,facebook) so i remove it and try to install it again then no packages comes plz help me this is the good one repo

Buddy i have delete this repo

When i try to reinstall it said some files are in use
