Yes this definitely works on non-jailbroken devices because IBackupBot just manages files that you can't normally see with any other manager unless it's Jailbroken, make sure that you are backing up that phone too, 1 thing you need to make sure about the bin files you backup is that they're from the same phone so make sure to not accidentally use the same bin, you have to start with an entirely different backup if you're starting with a new phone , then rinse and repeat with what you did to your jailbroken device.

the steps with ibackupbot doesnt seem to work for me. Could you guys elaborate step by step for me? I tried restoring with both files at the same time and it hasnt been working.
