According to PDX : Protection of the Nile ( > 200k Damage 999 Turns ), so I set 1 of my Poisin mist monster to attack just under 200K. Sopdet have 1.532mil Hp, wares him out in 8 turns without matching orbs. Just make sure you can take his attack within 8 turns.

The people who multiply their monsters' stats to an extent will end up exceeding that 200k threshold. I based this warning off the fact that I multiplied all the monsters' stats by 800 so if you followed the guide then the warning will most definitely apply to you. I think around 50x+ is where the damage starts to exceed 200k.

Dude I already edit and it works but why my main HP became 4 and everytime I join a healing squares it annihilate me and game over?

It might be a bug. Just delete the edited bin files, let the game download the original bin files and edit them again. Remember to press change all only once.
