I can't seem to get the 036 bin file to work for android though =/

I've tried deleting codebook but its still empty

any tips?

I don't know about Andriod, but it might just be this version. 

What I mean is, sometimes when the bin updates, the skill doesn't work but it works for the next update. 

It's only a thought based on personal experiences, but if the 021 bin works fine you don't really need to update the 036 one unless you just want 0 skill cd and not stats.

To what value do you change skill cooldown so its automatic? I tried 0 but dosent work...so i just leave it at 1

0 skill cd will mess up the game. 1 is the lowest possible cd. Make sure to change the max skill lvl to 1. 

I've been using this for 2 years+ now and no ban yet. I've heard jp players have been banned so just be weary.

Delete the codebook file located in the folder and then restart the application.

This may sound stupid but make sure you save any and all edits made to your bins. 

Also you might need to edit more than once.
