Help/Support Installed iOSGods App+, now what?

Followed the instructions like this: 1. Click to install, then allow configuration profile to be loaded and it says Profile loaded go to device management to install! 2. I install the profile, then Attention authenticity cannot be checked, I still tap on install 3. Then a message opens, open the page in iTunes? I click yes! Then the message would like to install the app + in, I click yes and app + installed 4. I open App + and the app activates, I again yes, and you load the configuration profile again, I yes! 5. Open that and install the in step 2. And the app + opens automatically. 6. In the app I go to InFo and log in with my account! I allow and am successfully logged in. 7. And I go again to device management under iPhone, and Zack's loaded profile has disappeared. Pictures are attached 8. That's it, what do I do now?
