Hello! My name is Aidan, and I have a simple question to throw out there today.

So, earlier I was attempting to download a binary for a hack for the game "SAS 3: Zombie Assault". The link worked fine, and I downloaded it successfully. The only problem is, rather than asking me to open it in iFile, it prompted me to open it in vShare as an alternative. I do not know any way of switching the application. I attempted to troubleshoot by deleting the "vShare" application, but with no luck. Rather that reverting to the iFile opener, it says, "Safari cannot download this file".

Thank you in advance for your help!

- Regards, Directs.

Hello @@iiDirects,

In this case, you can either uninstall vShare or get a download manager from Cydia.

Although, there might be a way to replace the vShare option with iFile but I'm unaware of it. :)

I have done both, but with no luck. Is Download Manager supposed to come with an application? I've installed it, but nothing has changed.

Download it with the google chrome browser

From my knowledge, Google Chrome does not support downloads. I've tried doing so, but with no luck. Updated by iiDirects

Try Chrome/Safari Download Manager or Safari Downloader+

Can anyone help me solve this? I have tried using Safari Downloader, and I can't seem to find where the file is stored. I've gone to the downloads list that is shown in-app, but I can't find anything. I've also tried using Chrome Download Manager, but same thing with that. I need some tweak that supports any and all files. Please help!
