Help/Support Sideloadly no apple ID showing

Hello person reading this,

I am trying to use sideloadly, also already have an IPA, but the only thing wrong is that it's not showing my apple ID. Like, my phone shows up and the IPA selects just fine, but I can't interact with the apple ID box and also it's empty. (Enter your Apple ID here). I have ITunes opened and running on my pc and I am logged in.

Hello,

You are supposed to enter your Apple ID in the box then it will prompt for your password.

Make sure you are not using the 'Hide Sensitive Information' feature as that can prevent you from editing the Apple ID field.

Otherwise, please send me a screenshot or video so we can look into this.

@Rook I have the same problem, cant type in Apple ID even though im logged into iTunes (not ms Store version), dont have "Hide sensitive information" toggled on, and I've uploaded the IPA and connected my device. Do you have any solution for this/do you know what could cause this Problem??
