ok so today I turned on laptop and it say "operation not found" how do fix this tired almost everything and I'm using a Gateway laptop with windows 8.1 can help or have ever had this problem?

yes like as soon as I turn it on and it finish loading that pops up

you could try to reset the computer

Try going into your BIOS and resetting everything back to default.

 

If that doesn't help, you might want to insert your Windows 8 DVD to troubleshoot the issue.

or download windows to a USB what ever works best

yeah i fixed it good think I put the program on one my old usb with program on it lol sorry wasting yall time...
