Help/Support Downloading App on another App Store Country

I want to download castle master plus because I accidently deleted it after I first got my iPad mini and I'm in the U.S. And it's in another country that I dont know please download it for me

So how did you download it in the first place?

 

Try getting it from HipStore, or VShare.

It was in the U.S. Before and I tried vshare it doesn't pop up and hip store takes to long to download
