Bought App+ and get the message „not enough certificates „

Hey there, 

 

is it just me, or somebody else has this problem too!? 
Bought App+ today, got the activation email and if I try to install, I get the message we haven‘t enough certificates… 

 

would be really glad about a short explanation ;) thx
