Seems to be an issue on your end. I just transferred my profile from one device to another. Make sure you are logged in with iCloud on both devices.

everytime i try to sync the data it says it fails on the hacked acc but it works fine on my new phone

should o be using the ea cloud save or the icloud save. i think that might be my issue
