Help/Support How to dump and decrypt the keychain from a jailbroken iPhone

iPhone 6S, iOS 14.7.1, checkra1n.

I wanted to use the Mobile Forensics Kit to check my iPhone backup but I have forgotten my Backup password and I do not want to reset my settings to reset the password.

I have tried using keychain_dumper from GitHub and I got messages stating that I have not unlocked the iPhone and there are no generic password or internet passwords.

I have cracktools4 installed which is able to access the keychain but it is still encrypted and I don't know which one would be my backup password.

I have also tried iOS Forensics Kit by Elcomsoft and it does not support iOS 14.7.1 at the moment.

Please suggest some methods to do this.

Hey there @MrunalS, did you ever figure this out? I have been researching for days but haven't been able to find the encrypted backup password that was there in earlier iOS versions. 😔
