Help/Support How to cancel the VIP service if I don't remember the account name

I believe one of my account have subscribed the the 2-month vip service (16.99/month), and it automatically renewed every 2 month. Since I don't remeber which account that is, I cannot stop it from deducting money from my account. The only thing I have is a series of number showing up in the transaction. I don't request for any refund, and I just want to cancel this service and get rid of unnecessary financial lose. Can someone please help me with this?

Hi @Alan Qian,

Only the admin (Rook) is able to help you to cancel your subscription. You still will need to provide necessary details for him to identify your account. So send a PM to him with those details.

Alternatively, you could try to reset your password Forgot Password - iOSGods and enter some of your emails to see if any of them that you've used to sign up so you can cancel it yourself.
