    Is there a way to get files with out WiFi and using usb? I can’t seem to connect over WiFi keep getting errors-network rejected request, I have openssh on my phone and putty and ifunbox on pc.. when I try to click Cydia or other files in ifunbox it says please jailbreak device..I’m already jailbroken 

     

    and help is appreciated

    You could try iMazing. But you need Apple File Conduit from Cydia.

    OpenSSH is free & better. You can use something like WinSCP with it.
