Help/Support Battery draining very fast

i have iphone 5 jailbroken my dad diactivated so i cant call or something 

when i goto school i listen to music and i have  airplane mode brightness to low and all notifications off it worked perfectly i go home and my battery is 80-90 percent but this week the battery is draining like crazy btw my phone temperature is 95 i tryed to charge and put besides my fan not working plz help

look in cydia and type in power savor mode

Let your battery die then recharge and remove all apps from multitask once your done using them
