The iOS Do Not Disturb feature is a great way to control when you want to silence your device. But when it comes to scheduling, you're only provided a single begin and end time to specify. With DND Director, you can now create as many events as you want to silence individual callers, groups or everyone whenever you need to!

Features include:

+ Schedule when to activate your Do Not Disturb settings. Use the DND Director's built-in calendaring features to extend the iOS Do Not Disturb scheduling by setting-up calendar events with start and stop times, including which groups you want to allow or suppress calls. Scheduled DND Director events will appear on your built-in Calendar, so you can even use DND Director for scheduling both DND Director and non-DND Director events.

+ Create groups of callers such as family, friends, co-workers, etc to allow or suppress calls. Select which group to enable at the start and/or end of a scheduled event.

+ Create locations to allow or suppress callers based on your favorite locations. At work and need to silence your calls from your friends and send them straight to voicemail?

+ Icons to show DND Director events on your DND Director calendar views

+ Notifications to let you know when your DND Director events start and stop, and when you enter or leave one of your saved locations

Note: DND Director requires iOS6 or later and relies on the built-in Do Not Disturb features. The app does NOT block unwanted calls, it only suppresses calls while the Do-Not-Disturb is enabled. For iOS6, your device's screen must be locked for Do Not Disturb and DND Director to work properly. For iOS7 and later, you can select to suppress calls while the device is locked, or always.

Reminder: You must turn off the iOS Do Not Disturb 'Scheduled' setting in-order to take advantage of DND Director's calendar event features. Also, the 'Allow Calls From' must be set to the DND Director's contact group called 'DNDDir-Allowed'.

IMPORTANT NOTE: the DND Director app requires a contact source that can contain groups - currently this EXCLUDES Exchange accounts.

ALSO NOTE: DND Director is not intended to be a replacement for the iOS call blocking feature, and is not marketed as a call blocker. DND Director works with the iOS Do Not Disturb feature to provide you with maximum control for your Do Not Disturb functionality.
