Help/Support Whatsapp sound when someone read your message

Is there a cydia tweak for whatsapp that if someone reads your message that you'll get a sound or notification or something? Or if someone is online that there will be a sound or a notification, i cant find it maybe some of you guys know more about this

Yes but its not stealth, if i enable it it will show that im online even if the whatsapp is in the background

I need something like this but that i will not show online 24/7 to get a notification

Then you can combine this with another tweak. Possibly something from Flex 2?
