Device not (yet) activated (iOSGods App)

Hey Support Team,

I'm a bit confused.

Last month my vip was due for renewal and it does renew automatically, CC on file...

There was the issue with the payment as other people have encountered and then it got fixed and the vip is back on.

The issue(s) i am having now are the following:

For the past 2 updates of iOSGods App+, i have not received any updates notification despite receiving that in the past.
The 2nd issue is that the server doesn't recognize the device anymore. I get the (stop) sign as if the device has never been activated.

I have used the app on this device for at least 6 months though before this happened.

Please let me know what i can do to fix this and if it's just a matter of device reactivation which i can submit.

Hello,

What is your App+ invoice number/ID? I'll look into this for you.

Just so you know, App+ does not have automatic renewals, so it may have expired.

I was referring to the updated after a massive revoke which has nothing to do with the App+ expiration.

Should i just put in a new order?

Certainly, just realized how vague was my response.

Usually i would receive an email whenever the app would be fixed after a massive revoke (when the app stopped working).

In 2021 and for a good chunk of 2020, the emails have stopped coming though the app has gone through a few revokes and fixes. Not sure if something on my end had to be fixed or the emails weren't simply sent out anymore.


In regards to the app id, thank you very much, i didn't realize it was separate from the Vip (more life forgot). I appreciate your immediate response on that.

Have you been revoked for a few months with no email? Are you looking for a revocation extension?

Nah all good mate, just shared the fact that i wasn’t getting emails about the app being fixed after being revoked.

 

It’s all good now i think 🤌🏻
