Help/Support Can‘t install App+ anymore

I can not install the App+ anymore, always used it on my iPad here. Never changed the device. Getting the error:

Hello,

I suspect your 1 year subscription may have expired. There are no automatic renewals performed, so do check your activation email to see when it was activated.

I can’t access mine cause my installation has been revoked or can’t be verified and I haven’t gotten an email on a new update. When I receive one?? I purchased my Plus membership less than 4 months and I haven’t touched the app in over two weeks cause of this issue
