Have you got the tweak AppSync Unified. If you do try installing through something like iFunBox. Works for me.

You need jailbreak and It doesn’t work with sideloadly I tried, you need to download it through you phone and you need appsync with filza. When you download it through your phones browser you need to press the downloaded file and save it to filza. From there you go into filza and find the document and press install. Boom should be inside your home screen. Did it on my iPhone SE iOS 13.6
