Apparently it's hard to read things posted and answered in the past.

Infinite money: impossible to do as currency is checked server side.

I assume it's the same with Constitution and Fortitude.

Frozen enemies will become unfrozen after being dealt lightning damage for some reason.

Lastly, when using the "One-shot enemies" cheat, the cheat also increases the damage your enemies deal, and as a result it's usually best to use that cheat in combination with the frozen enemies cheat.

Hopefully this will at least answer those questions regarding how each cheat works...
