Help/Support Tweaks Problems

Hello guys i need some help here i just jailbroked an iphone 5 it was on 8.4.1 , i downgraded it to 8.4 then jb but when i try to install most of the tweaks it says this

Hey buddy, it's been happening to all of us. Usually Cydia installs those packages needed for the tweak to work, but TheBigBoss repo (The main repo where Cydia downloads essential packages for tweaks) is currently down, and it has been for 3 hours. You need to wait until it gets back up
