What are the steps for doing a clean uninstall. I always get a 256 error. Can't find the other files

When I installed this hack, I noticed that my units Atk, Def and Rec were decreased somewhere in between 10-50, and after every battle, it boots me out saying Unexpected Error has Occurred. All the mods I had on were 0 Eng, 65025 inventory, and friend skill. Help?

Go into Cydia and go to Installed. Find bravefrontier1342 and uninstall it.
