Help/Support iPhone 6 EarPod Problem

Hi guys,

 

I'm having problems on my iPhone 6 (iOS 3 - Non-JB). Today, I needed to listen music. My EarPod (original) is giving sounds in lockscreen numbers (Password) but it isn't giving sound in apps. First, it gave min sound in max sound then I reseted my settings and it is not giving any sounds now.

 

Note: I tried to reboot it and cleaning my phone and EarPod.

When you reset your settings, don't you need to pair the two devices together again?

I don't understand what you said but I tried on my iPad and it worked

I have never used these types of things but just like every other issue, a restore would probably fix it.
