Keep your phone UNLOCKED at all times. This was my problem too and then keeping my phone unlocked did the trick.

taig 2.4.3 is beta thats why i dont use beta jailbreak toolds or stuff use 2.2.0

are u sure u unistall latest version of itunes and downloaded 12.1.0
