When I got stuck at 20%, I backed up, restored fresh, jailbroke using TaiG and then restored from backup.

1_Install driver iTunesDriver64_0205.exe For Win64bits

2_Uninstalll Your Itune and Install ITUNE V.12.0(because the New Version Itune Block Taig 20%) :

Keep your phone UNLOCKED at all times. This was my problem too and then keeping my phone unlocked did the trick.
